Do I need to download an app?+
No. Finders scan the QR code with their phone camera — no app required. You only need an account if you want to manage your items.
Is my contact information private?+
Yes. Every conversation runs through anonymous, private chat. Finders never see your name, phone number, or address unless you choose to share it.
How does someone contact me if they find my item?+
Scanning the tag opens a private chat and sends you a notification immediately. You reply from there — no email or phone number exchanged.
What if the finder doesn't have an account?+
That's the default. Finders don't need to sign up or install anything to reach you.
What happens if I lose or damage a tag?+
Remove it from your account and attach a new one. Your item stays protected as long as at least one tag is linked to it.
Can someone misuse my tag?+
A tag only opens a private chat channel — it never exposes your identity or location. You control what you share, and you can end a conversation at any time.
